This is Body Conditioning - an endurance strength class, suitable for all abilities - lots of repetition with a medium set of dumbbells, usually between 2kg & 6kg is good for a class that moves along at pace like this. It's low impact meaning no jumping around, just smooth transitions between the exercises.
It's not just me teaching, we have the lovely Rosie, Emma & Lauren bringing you a spread of different styles and genres of class!

Stretch & Sound - A Sound Bowl Meditation Experience.
Stretch & mobilise preparation for 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of mental reset. Sit or lay back and relax both your mind and body whilst absorbing the sound and vibration created by crystal singing bowls. This session promotes a sense of calm, relaxation and healing. Please bring a mat, an extra jumper or a blanket, and a small cushion for your head to ensure maximum comfort.
