The Power of a DANCE class!

Hiya,
Following on from my blogs about Pilates and Strength style classes, we have another genre that we do so well at Flin's:
DANCE style classes.
An amazing mood lift, dance classes are incredibly popular with good reason:
Improvement to CV fitness - it's an aerobic workout!
Strength & flexibility - using core and limbs ...full body approach.
Coordination & balance - improving motor skills and body awareness.
Posture - encouraging taller, more upright movement.
From a mental health perspective, dance classes:
Boost brain health - learning routines and connecting body with music.
Bring social connections, friendship, laughter and human interaction.
Build confidence.
Often bring pure joy by releasing those good mood hormones.
Loud music, body movement and interaction .... this is powerful from a fitness class!

We also have a bi-monthly FREE event at Flin's Fitness - Dance Because Nobody's Watching ...all welcome .... the next event is on Sunday March 22nd at 12pm.
