Firstly, I want to reassure you that SO FAR we are still able to run our classes, despite being Tier 2 on Covid alert.
This pic on this email is a screenshot from my insurance company and the governing body for fit pros, EMDUK. They have consistently given accurate advice and guidance throughout the pandemic.
Please take particular note that we MUST use Covid safe practice, therefore in order that we can keep our Live classes going, here is what we need to do:
Please only arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class, as we cannot let you in until the previous class has left, and we have ensured the floor & equipment is dry. If arriving early please wait in your car or outside in the fresh air.
At Tubbenden, please enter the MAIN hall downstairs via the SIDE door by the table tennis tables and exit via the FAR side doors, by the steps leading to the shed. If going UPSTAIRS to the SMALL hall, come into the school by the usual doors (with my sign next to the entrance), and wait in the large LOBBY area downstairs, until 2 minutes before your class start time.
At Westcombe Park, please enter via the doors leading from the car park and leave via the hall back exit doors. Walk around to the side gate which is “fake locked” …the chain is loosely wrapped around!
Please now wear your masks into and leaving the classes…also setting up and returning your equipment.
The rules state that we should not “socialise” indoors 😞 Please refrain from standing too close to each other when chatting (from behind masks! 🙄), and please …. no physical contact - hugging / touching … I feel so very sad about this, but we need to think of these as short term measures and should not let this spoil the buzz of a Live class!

Only 8 maximum in the group, so you get some great individual coaching. Lau is so creative and tough with her training - you will really see your progress over this 6 week course! The Members Dashboard will soon be moving onto the new website ... there will be more choice as to how many and which type of workouts you wish to access. The platform I currently use is very expensive, so dropping this will enable me to pass on the saving to you, the members! More info hopefully by next week on this exciting development!
