The most popular Online classes by far, are the Early Morning Workouts ... it gets your workouts DONE, before the day takes over and scuppers your potential fitness plans!


We have Monday Cardio & Core, Wednesday Strength, and Friday Hiit Mixed - your EMW team are myself, Rosie and Emma and classes are at 6.45am.

Sessions are 35 minutes - just enough time to roll out of bed, stick on whatever gear you have to hand - and get it DONE! Setting yourself up for the day and no distractions!


Cost is superb value: £5 a one off, £4 on the class pack rate OR £36 for the whole month unlimited access - which INCLUDES the On Demand library!


Coming soon Online - as we get quiet during the summer holiday period, look out for our revolving timetable of varied workouts - some new / revived stuff every week!
