Grab the Sun!

YES! Some decent weather at last .... compared to the misery of the last xxxxxx? weeks ...

Soooo.... grab the opportunity to:

- Revive your Couch 2 5K campaign?

- Walk somewhere without being bathed in mud!

- Get your pushbike out?

- Plan an outdoor circuit in your garden or the park!

- Breathe outdoors - really inhale the fresh air and appreciate nature

These simple things are so good for our mental health at the moment - I know us health professionals bang on about it a lot, BUT fresh air and exercise are the single most effective tools in combatting low mood 💜


This week, all is pretty much the same at FF, although we are hopeful for an announcement allowing Small Group Training this week! 🤞🏼We wait and see ..... ultimately we need to be safe of course.
