Teens Box Fitness - (also pre-teens ... if they are keen they are welcome... ) Some static bag boxing, mixed with general fitness using the battleropes and weights on a grid style circuit - the 6 week course starts on WED at 5.45pm .... £39 for the full course - £33 for siblings! Outdoor Group Training - NEW TIME 6.30pm on Thursday evenings.

The Power Bag Workout - by popular request, the Powerwave bags are back - with Lau on Monday at 9.30am at Westcombe Park. Book on here - remember how challenging this workout can be?!
