Welcome back after the late spring break - let's get into it!


2 NEW COURSES & ONE NEW CLASS START THIS WEEK!


Teens Box Fitness - (also pre-teens ... if they are keen they are welcome... ) Some static bag boxing, mixed with general fitness using the battleropes and weights on a grid style circuit - the 6 week course starts on WED at 5.45pm .... ยฃ39 for the full course - ยฃ33 for siblings! Outdoor Group Training - NEW TIME 6.30pm on Thursday evenings.

Staying outside for the benefits of fresh air exercise with the sociability and accountability of the group setting! Work hard with Lauren or Fran over the 6 weeks ....no session is ever the same! Be challenged and make the commitment to your fitness! Book HERE - spaces limited - 7 left!


The Power Bag Workout - by popular request, the Powerwave bags are back - with Lau on Monday at 9.30am at Westcombe Park. Book on here - remember how challenging this workout can be?!


A space has come up for the Box Fit Club on Mondays at 7pm - you will be able to join the remaining 4 sessions for just ยฃ28 - book here
