How Did I Capture Soooo Much Chilling?? 😂

Considering how lively and energetic our classes are, I seem to have a LOT of footage of people lying down and chilling! 🤣🤣🤣

Fitness is not just about squatting til your legs fall off, or cardio til your lungs can't take it any more! Mentally, our Pilates & Yoga classes incorporate a sense of wellbeing and stillness - something we need as our personal hamster wheels start to turn ever faster in our post lockdown lives! Enjoy the chill and mental headspace at the end of our mind & body classes's so important 🙏🏽 (The guy who runs the Cross Fit at Westcombe looked in at Friday's Pilates class and said "Are your guys alright Fran?" with genuine concern as everyone was stretched out .... guided relaxation is not something that features much in their world methinks!)

So, it's been off the hook crazy town this week while we all settle into the new schedule - there have been bloopers!! However there has been MUCH awesomeness as my team get back to what they love doing - presenting their fabulous fitness sessions to you, our wonderful participants! We are so happy to be seeing you, both ON and now OFF line!
