Of course this week's blog is going to be focused on my amazing Rosie - who will join thousands of brave souls running the London Marathon tomorrow! She's done the prep, all the training, got the blisters, wearing the T-shirt .....now it's time to JUST DO IT!!!

So, THAT didn't work then 😟 ...our new Yoga Flow on Thursdays clashes with a running club meet up in the bar area at WP (I wasn't made aware of this..) and the noise spoilt our class to the point where I can't see this class working out. 🤦🏻♀️
Tracey and I are regrouping and discussing options, however T is on a break for the next two weeks and I will be covering Total Body Bounce which is still on! We do have an open booking Yoga class starting this week with Carrie at Tubbenden, therefore Yoga lovers can still join us:

Online classes are great quality, convenient and in the case of the early mornings, a "roll out of bed - smash it out - shower - BOOM" kinda vibe! We've made the earlier a bit earlier, so that it's all done by 7.05am - plenty of time to shower and get on with the day!

All online classes are edited and uploaded to our On Demand library, currently offering over 1,100 workouts of every type - for less than 8 quid a month! Phenomenal value for money!
