Talking of our Rosie - she has the London Half Marathon coming up in April, and asked if I would post her Just Giving link .... once again she is running for MIND 💙

Ahhhh, this is lovely news - we have once again been nominated in the Best Sport and Fitness Instructor category for Muddy Stilettos! Thank you for whoever nominated us - as you know, we come as a team, so although you have to nominate Fran Flin, I am sharing the honours with Emma, Kelly, Jules, Rosie, Tracey & Lauren 💜
