Bank Holiday Boot Camp has a waitlist currently ...but hang tough! People do drop out on the morning ...hope to see you, ready for the customary beasting!!!


The rest of the week is busy, but also full of fun stuff, like our regular Zumbas and the new Step Energy class!


Strength, Cross Training, Yoga, Pilates .... we have it all.
