Class news:

  • So Myzone is fun! I'm finding it hugely motivating personally, and we have some fun banter between users ... we will be doing our first challenge "12 days of fitness in December" soon. I still have some belts available here in my store, or can give you an operators discount code on the MZ Switch which can also be used for swimming. You pay loads less than the retail price - it's not WHAT ya know .....! šŸ˜‰

  • ONLINE - coming soon is the fresh "Online Winter Workouts" schedule - I'm currently collating survey feedback to make the Online timetable interesting and appealing to those that will be staying in more for their fitness fix. If you have an opinion, you can take just ONE minute to fill it in here - and thank you! There's a prize draw for one of our cosy FF hoodies up for grabs too.

  • REFERRAL SCHEME: A reminder that on your TeamUp account (the one you use for booking classes), you will see on your profile a referral code. This will give your newbie friend a free class, but also gain you an Ā£8 credit to use as you wish - towards your next membership, or just as a drop in class etc ... there is no limit to the amount of friends you can tell about how great your classes are! - And a big THANK YOU - it really will help us to keep offering the same amount of choice and variety of classes.
