Do you need to get your butt back into gear?


My top 6 tips for getting your fitness MoJo back!

  1. Accountability - so many ways to track your workouts now ... FitBit, smart watches ... and my personal choice: the Myzone belt. It's so good to track your effort in realtime, plus we have our FF community challenges each month - read more here

  2. Consistency - show up for your workout ...EVERY time! Be it a run, a class or a workout at home... like the slogan says - Just Do It! You will always feel good afterwards.

  3. Planning - diarise your workouts like appointments! Once you've got a plan, you are much more likely to stick to it.

  4. Be realistic - don't over plan, as with all best intentions, we have busy lives to build in around our exercise regime. Having to skip workouts can become a habit, so think about what you can really manage to do each week.

  5. Try something new! Ignite your exercise life with some excitement for something fresh - a new challenge.

  6. Book an event to train for - Tough Mudder, 10K run, the Flin's Fitness Aerobathon in September ...😉 Having a goal is amazing for focus and that all important motivation!

These days, people are moving around the timetable, fitting classes in with their busy schedule - working back in town / working from home / fitting in between school runs / kids club runs ....it's life as we know it now! We have a membership to suit your requirements, or you can just payg - whatever works!


The beauty of Online is being able to slot in a workout when there's not time to make a face2face class. Some prefer to attend the online timetable classes as it's the "Live vibe", while others are fully making use of the On Demand service. Never miss a workout - simply whack it on when you have time!

At just ÂŁ7.75 a month, you can have it as a handy back up - when life prevents you from getting to the gym or attending your usual class! It's all fresh stuff: 10 -13 brand new uploads each week đŸ˜Č

Finally, we wish our Rosie B the very best as she takes the summer off to have her baby, due in less than 2 weeks! Love and big hugs to our Mumma to be đŸ„°. Emma takes over the Stretch Pilates until Rosie is ready to return. Tuesday at 6pm, at Crofton Juniors.
