Power Pilates has been an amazing success - so much so, that I am spending Tuesday afternoons dissembling / reassembling barres between our class locations .... and back again!
I love to teach this class too - we use a variety of kit for resistance to enhance our Pilates: barres, mini balls, bands with handles, mini bands, foam rollers, blocks, straps .... and the famous "furry sock" š (Good ol' Temu!) We swap the kit around each week to keep it interesting and challenging, the time flies by.
NEW for Thursday evening, another chance to grab a limited space for this class, 7.10pm until just past 8pm, at Tubbenden in the top hall. Our wonderful Rosie will bring a fresh approach and her knowledge of strength, core and stretch will create a fantastic class for you! Book HERE, spaces are limited, we have 8 places left!

For my Tuesday evening class, there is currently a small waitlist, but once I have an idea of how many are coming I then open up the class as I know how many barres are required. Please do register as normal and I can pretty much ensure that you will get a place.

Dance Because Nobody's WatchingĀ - our FREE Sunday event, this weekend 2nd March will be at 4pm at Tubbenden ... we are trialling this new time. Jules & I are excited to see anyone who wants or needs to blow the cobwebs away, with some fun, like minded friends and gentle fitness! Book HERE

From mid March, Rathish will be returning to India for a month, meaning classes will be tweaked from March 19th until his return. Line Dancing will move to 10.30am on a Wed, and Rathish will be back after Easter, to take Bollywood Zumba for us on a Thursday morning at 10.30am.
Please let me know if BARRE YOGA is appealing to you - it will be especially useful for beginners to Yoga. We are planning to run this at 9.30am on a Thursday ... please reply "interested" to this email or blog post! Thank you to those who already did - your replies have been noted.
