New Classes, New Faces!

Hi!
VERY excited to bring you the new classes and some wonderful new instructors for fresh new fitness perspectives, routines and approaches!
We had some auditions recently, and despite being desperately keen for a new MALE instructor, we are going ahead with the fantastic capable and impressive women you see above. One of the guys is taking some mentoring and hopefully will join us in time.
Ef (Eithne)
Our new 500 hours Yoga instructor, Ef, will be starting off with a Slow Flow Yoga session on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm. Perfect for Yoga beginners! Also a relaxing session for seasoned yogis, looking for a gentle wind down. Book HERE for Wed 8th 7.30pm.
Ciara
At our auditions, Ciara admitted that she chose the wrong workout to represent her talents, giving her a true wobble on the day! Having spent some mentoring time with Ciara, we are going to play to her true strength - weight training and coaching! Ciara is delighted to be starting a new Strength & Stretch session on Wednesday at 6.15pm. (Instructor Tracey is also teaching this new format on Tuesday at 9.30am at Westcombe Park)
Sets, reps, EMOMs, supersets, overload .... a true STRENGTH class - no cardio, just pure weight training. 35 minutes resistance work, followed by 15 minutes stretch. A PERFECT class for bodies of all ages! Book HERE for this Wed 8th 6.15pm.
Sara
Remember STEP? Well, it's SO making a comeback - a retro class if you're of a certain age, or a new FUN class if you're young! You are all so welcome to come and experience the Step revival, with our superbly professional new instructor Sara. Simple choreography designed to get a sweat on, followed by some core work 👌🏼
Step & Core is on Wednesday at 7.10pm. Book HERE for Wed 8th at 7.10pm
Charlotte
Jumping straight in last week to take over my SWEAT. class on Thursday, Charlotte proved herself to be fun, energetic, creative and above all, a fantastic coach! This will now be Charlotte's regular slot, Thursday 6.15pm. Look out for Charlotte covering other classes, she is versatile and confident - a real asset to the team!

Our current line up of seasoned, excellent instructors remain the foundation of our excellent classes, I am so lucky to have them all:
Emma, Jules, Kelly, Tracey, Rosie & Lauren, plus of course I still love teaching my classes ... I'm not going anywhere either!
(Kelly will be back soon, following a short recovery from a minor op. Meanwhile, we have an amazing instructor Simona covering her Tuesday this week. Thursday night Zumba will be back NEXT week).
Another NEW class DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND!
Another chance to do Pilates with Emma at 11.30am on Wednesday, at Westcombe Park (although I'm covering this week!). Hopefully this will alleviate the full up Monday morning Pilates, giving people more room to spread out! See you Wed. Booking for Wed 8th 11.30am is HERE
