Our Next Event - Stretch & Sound 🥣

One of our most popular events returns this week!

Stretch & Sound - Friday 10th November (this week!), 7pm at Tubbenden

A Sound Bowl Meditation Experience.

Stretch & mobilise preparation for 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of mental reset.

Sit or lay back and relax both your mind and body whilst absorbing the sound and vibration created by crystal singing bowls.

Please bring a mat, an extra jumper or a blanket, and a small cushion for your head to ensure maximum comfort.
