Yes! And sometimes twice!!
First of all ... it was very tempting to ask for caption suggestions for this pic of Emma performing a spine rotation (photo credit Payley Photography), but let's move on!
Monday - Pilates at 11.30am with Emma
Tuesday - Power Pilates at 10.30am with Tracey AND at 7.10pm with me, Fran
Wednesday - Pilates at 11.30am with Emma AND Pilates at 6.30pm with Jules
Thursday - Power Pilates at 6.30pm with Rosie
Friday - a little bit of Pilates to finish up the 10.30am Total Body Lite class!
Saturday - Power Pilates / Pilates online with me and Emma alternating.
A total of 7 (and a half!) sessions, with FIVE different instructors! You will never be bored!
Pilates has evolved so much since it's conception ... we love to bring you effective and interesting sessions, every single time!
