Planning - Feedback please?!



Hi!


Planning for September is under way, so it's time for lots of things floating around in my head to actually become reality!


I would love to hear opinions on the following things, if you have 2 mins to respond!

  • ⏰🎥 Timing of online evening classes .... now that people are returning to work, what time works best for an online class? I'm especially keen to hear from you if you have done online in the past and are keen to return!

  • 🧘🏽‍♂️💪🏼 We are continuing Carrie's successful Yoga course with a Yoga Beginners Plus in September. We are also considering a Strength plus Yoga half and half class format. One hour - half of which is weights and conditioning, the other half a Yoga stretch & relax. This will be at 7.15pm on a Tuesday and a drop in class rather than a course. Does this sound interesting to you? Please let me know if it does!

  • 😃😅 Back2Basics is BACK for September! For the out of condition and for beginners. The course will include my Energise health & wellness plan, plus classes - online or live? Currently I'm thinking of a Live class on Monday at 6pm, plus access to 3 online workouts a week. If interested, which do you prefer? Live or Online? Or happy with both?

  • 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️ CIRCUITS! With the relaxation of restrictions, I wonder if people still like the Circuits format? Social and fun, push as hard as you want to! Thinking for a Monday morning and maybe an Express Circuit on a Wednesday at 6.15? Thoughts please?
