Pushing Yourself Does What?

It can make you feel SO GOOD!


Today, Rosie covered Strength & Stretch, a class she will be presenting Online, once Jules comes back to Live on Mondays in May ...however it is waaay out of her comfort zone! There was mild anxiety and self doubt - understandable with anything new like that - we all feel like that sometimes, don't we?

I can report that the class was absolutely brilliant and one that the participants thoroughly enjoyed from their feedback at the end 🙌🏼 Rosie's feeling GOOD, deservedly so, ready to push herself again the next time!

I just want to shout out for both my FF daughters, as both Lauren and Rosie have grown so much as instructors this past year - each with their own followers now, who LOVE what they do! Girls, you make me incredibly proud 💜💜


So, trumpet blowing aside, here is the news for this week at Flin's Fitness:

Post Lockdown Energise - starts April 19th, setting up during this week, to give you all what you need to get going. The plan includes:

✅Daily workouts

✅Daily coaching & motivation

✅Nutrition advice for weight loss & health

✅Group support in WhatsApp & Facebook

The 21 Day programme details are here. Cost is £38 (less than £13 a week!) to get your health & fitness mojo back on track post lockdown.

Classes Next Week

Face2Face classes are still outdoors at Tubbs and in our Pod at Westcombe Park- we have survived a bitterly cold week and hardly noticed the weather - what sleet? 👀 It can only get warmer right?! The Easter hols are for one more week, so we are not yet running a full timetable, but there are still more than 30 classes to choose from next week - we have the best of both worlds on offer: F2F for fun and motivation, Online for convenience and yes, warmth! 😆

  • Carrie's Yoga returns to Tuesday at 6.45pm due to her workload increasing - Emma's Power Combat is at 6pm

  • Lauren's Cardio & Core returns Friday - mainly due to the fact I miscalculated the Easter hols dates, but hey - enjoy!

  • Michele's Monday morning Pilates is now at the earlier time of 10.15am


After feedback, I have understood that some parts of my website have been confusing! When you're too close to something, it's often difficult to see it, so all feedback including BAD, is GOOD!

There was a log in for members of my website, as well as a log in to TeamUp for booking classes etc - this was creating the most confusion.

I have now removed the website log in from the top menu and have created some click on "tiles" to help with navigation. The website log in is now called "The Flin's Community" and being a member means you get notified about my weekly blog post as soon as it's written - sometimes handy if there's limited booking on certain events & courses etc. You can also message me and comment on posts ... I will be developing this area over time with more members benefits.

I have clearly indicated where to book in for classes and buy your memberships, also I've updated the other information pages, with a video slider showing class clips ... still all online, but I'm looking forward to populating this page with our new Live class clips!
