Flexible Fitness!

I love that loads of people are moving around the schedule, fitting the classes in with their renewed busy schedule - working back in town / working from home / fitting in between school runs / kids club runs ....it's life as we know it now!


The Online is still hugely popular - slotting in a workout when there's not time to make a face2face class - some people prefer to attend the online timetable classes - book it, show up sorta vibe, while others are fully making use of the On Demand service. Never miss a workout - simply whack it on when you have time!

At just £7.75 a month, you can have it as a handy back up - when life prevents you from getting to the gym or attending your usual class! It's all fresh stuff: 10 -13 brand new uploads each week 😲

Every week bits:

  • Are you on the app? Quick and easy to check on the schedule, the booking calendar and latest news .... You can sign up to the website via the form on any page, and join us on the Fit by Wix app!

  • Our Flin's Fitness REFERRAL SCHEME: On your TeamUp account (the one you use for booking classes), you will see on your profile a referral code. This will give your newbie friend a free class, but also gain you an £8 credit to use as you wish - towards your next membership, or just as a drop in class etc ... there is no limit to the amount of friends you can tell about how great your classes are!
