Smashed It - With Both Arms Up In The Air!

Maybe you've seen the socials already, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew that Rosie smashed the Marathon in 4 hours 46 mins, with about 25 stops to cuddle and kiss her friends and family around the route! She was jaw droppingly happy the whole way round - check out my video ***warning! It's as emotional as you would expect it to be! 🥹

£4000 raised for Mind - absolutely incredible! Here's what Rosie said:

"As I said at the end… I can’t believe I’ve done it. This day was hands down the best, the most amazing, incredible experience of my entire life. It was the hardest thing I have ever done but the pain and aches are so worth all the LOVE I am feeling right now. My heart is so full. Thank you to EVERYONE for your messages, for being there, for all your donations and support.

This is an experience I will never forget. I am so lucky to have the people I have in my life. I really do have the bestest friends and family in the world.❤️

It was an absolute honour to run for this amazing charity, Mind. I hope I have inspired people to speak up, get the help they need and fight together in the battle against mental health. If you or anyone you know is suffering mentally PLEASE seek the help you need. It will change your life for the better.

Class News...

Bank holiday is upon us! We have the Boot Camp and Yoga Flow offerings - if the weather stays dry, I can take Boot Camp outside and open out the waitlist, so do hang tough and expect to come if you're currently sitting on the waitlist.... we never usually have to turn people away!

Yoga Flow has been trialling for the Bank Holiday Mondays, at 10.30am.... please do support if you want me to continue to run this - Jules is here for the next 2 if we gain enough participants. The class is challenging, however Jules always offers simpler / less intense options where needed! Book here for Monday 1st May.
