So we do LOTS of Pilates and now have regular Yoga online and in group classes - also Soundscape events .... there's one THIS Friday evening with Tracey: Stretch & Sound, booking HERE


What about those challenging, INTENSE classes? The ones that make you sweat loads and you feel like you can hardly do another rep?


We've got those too!

  • Cross Training: Monday 9.30am / Wed 6.15pm / Sat 9.30am

  • Box Fit: Mon 6.15pm / Wed 7.15pm

  • Step Hiit: Thurs 6.15pm

  • Pump & Stretch: Tues 9.30am

  • Total Body: Tues 6.45pm / ONLINE Tues 8am / ONLINE Sat 8.30am
