Step Boost is Coming!

Hi Everyone,

A few things to tell you this week!

Step Boost

A new online workout to literally boost your daily steps! Each workout is designed to maximise the amount of steps you do during the 20 or 30 minute session, and will be either equipment free, or using light weights as tempo will be quicker than we use for conditioning classes. No jumping, unless you want to jog instead of march the intervals!

Step Boost is perfect for you:

  • If you are a beginner

  • If you are unfit

  • If you are simply tracking steps each day, but bored with marching up and down on the spot!

  • If you are already fit, but want to boost your step count with a quick all over body blitz!

Join us online when the class comes to the schedule soon... I trialled the idea on Saturday morning and have put a clip above to show a minute of what we did! The 30 minute Step Boost section brought 3000 steps! 😲

It's up On Demand already ... the membership for this will remain low for members for a few more months - ahead of the new On Demand App which is coming soon!

  • Folders for all your favourite genres of workouts

  • A like & save functionality - you can instantly access your fave sessions

  • A comments feature what others like about the workout before you do it

  • More Yoga and more Step Boost coming!

A reminder that there will be an introductory PRIORITY offer for all existing On Demand members, prior to the App's launch date, so if you're thinking about it, get on the membership now for £7.75 a month and you will qualify for that!

Memberships and Online

There have been some small price increases on A FEW memberships, but I am trying to simplify all of the options, as so:

  • You can now use ALL of the class packs for online as well as in-person group classes - just to make it easier. It may not save you money if you are using your group class pack to book an online class, but it won't cost you MORE than the drop in rate!

  • On Demand will soon become a standalone option as it becomes a separate app to the TeamUp system. The extra bolt on bonus on memberships such at Online Unlimited & Group Unlimited (formerly AAA) will be gone, but there WILL be a deal for you if the On Demand is something you wish to retain.

Finally - I have space to add / move classes on the Online Schedule!

Yoga Flow, when Rosie returns from Bali as a Yoga instructor, also Step Boost 20 or 30 minute sessions.

Please let me know if you would like to influence times / days:

  • Monday, Tuesday or Thursday mornings?

  • What times? Please state ideal times from 6.30am onwards - for instance would you like an early morning Yoga? When would a 25 minute (approx) Step Boost best slip in?
