Step Boost - Put Your Cats Away ...





Hi Everyone - here is your weekly update for all things Flin's Fitness!


  • A NEW Step Boost 30 minute class comes online this week with Lauren - Thursday at 7.30am, get 2000 steps done before you even leave the house! GREAT for you if you aim to hit a step target each day, but also brilliant if you want a low impact, high energy and super quick fitness blast! Book here

  • Step Boost on a Wednesday morning at Westcombe Park ...first group session on April 3rd at 9.30am, book here. A non stop 30 minute group class session, designed to maximise your efforts to hit your daily steps goal! Aiming to hit 2 - 3K steps and beyond! Fun, fast, low impact, great music!

  • Barre Pilates Conditioning - This is a strength and stretch Pilates based session, using the barre to maximise movement, adding resistance and aiding balance for the more challenging exercises. I'm very excited about this! We will trial it during April to gauge response, with the group on Wednesday, but also online with a Masterclass, where you guys can use a chair! Book the first Wed 3rd April 10am session here, or the Online Masterclass here, Thurs 4th April 6.30pm

  • EASTER SCHEDULE - pretty much the same, with the exception of the Easter Weekend of course! We have HIIT on Good Friday at 9.30am at Tubbs, the usual Saturday morning offerings, plus an Easter Monday Boot Camp, also at Tubbenden.

  • Also ready for booking: Stretch & Sound is on Friday 5th April, 7pm at Tubbenden, book here, and our next Dance Because Nobody's Watching is on Sunday 7th April at 11am, booking is here.
