Swifty Vibes!


Quick snippets of today’s Dance Because Nobody’s Watching (well, only meeeee….and I was videoing people’s feet, just in case the hips DID lie! 🤭)

 

The next event is on March 22nd, ready for booking in early.

 

If you like your Dance style classes, Jules has a Dance Fit session every Monday at 6.30pm at Tubbenden, and Kelly presents Zumba there on a Tuesday AND a Thursday at 7.10pm.

 

On another note, we love to promote the sociability of our classes – we are holding a monthly FREE coffee club, new for a Monday morning at Westcombe Park. The urn and refreshments will be set up THIS Monday 19th, from 9.30am until 1pm – if you are at class, please stay a while, for chat and laughs – and a nice cuppa! 😉

 

All our usual strength, conditioning and cross training style classes are on of course, plus some Pilates, Yoga and Barre Flow to show your body some love!

 

Don’t forget the Online – you get the recording if you don’t make the scheduled class, but have booked on, also our On Demand service is so easy, with lots of payment options – hire videos or subscribe!
