Trying Out Some New Concepts ....



So can you guess from my arty pic??!


Ahead of our Rosie Flin going to Bali for her Yoga training at the end of this month, I am going to treat the Wednesday morning crew to a couple of new concepts during April - and YOU can come too!


  • Barre Pilates Conditioning - This is a strength and stretch Pilates based session, using the barre to maximise movement, adding resistance and aiding balance for the more challenging exercises. I'm very excited about this! We will trial it during April to gauge response, with the group on Wednesday, but also online with a Masterclass, where you guys can use a chair! Book the first Wed 3rd April 10am session here, or the Online Masterclass here, Thurs 4th April 6.30pm


  • Step Boost 30 minute class - again trialling this on a Wednesday morning ...first session on April 3rd at 9.30am, book here. A non stop session, designed to maximise your efforts to hit your daily steps goal! Aiming to hit 2 - 3K steps and beyond! Fun, fast, low impact, great music!
