Another rebrand on our basics style class although Fitness Essentials is what it actually IS, it doesn't speak to people about:

  • Returning to exercise after a long break

  • Returning after an injury, or having a baby

  • Taking part in a low impact, more gentle workout

  • Starting exercise as a beginner

NEW NAME! Back2Fit (yes, just like our new mums course - makes sense?).

Back2Fit class format:

- Some low impact light cardio

- Some resistance exercise, using bands / balls or dumbbells

- Some simple Pilates for stretch & posture
