Another rebrand on our basics style class ...as although Fitness Essentials is what it actually IS, it doesn't speak to people about:
Returning to exercise after a long break
Returning after an injury, or having a baby
Taking part in a low impact, more gentle workout
Starting exercise as a beginner
NEW NAME! Back2Fit (yes, just like our new mums course - makes sense?).
Back2Fit class format:
- Some low impact light cardio
- Some resistance exercise, using bands / balls or dumbbells
- Some simple Pilates for stretch & posture
Wednesday evening with Jules at 6.30pm at Tubbenden (small hall)
Friday morning with Emma at 10.30am at Westcombe Park Rfc
ALSO! We are going to run an EQUIPMENT FREE Workout online - at least one every week ... is that helpful? If you feel like smashing out a workout, yet have no weights at home - this is the one for you!
