Hi Everyone,

 

It's been a week! 

 

So there we all are, sitting pretty on the new platform, I'm in awe at how well the transition went, all things considered!

 

Some issues still to sort, more to come I'm sure, but I'm working through them steadily ... please email me with any problems and I will reply within 12 hours, but if I don't - please do message again. I've been somewhat overwhelmed during the first week, but am hopefully almost there! 

 

Next, this email is coming through the blog facility on my website, you should also receive one via the BSport platform, so if you don't want it twice, feel free to unsubscribe from one or the other!

 

CLASS NEWS!

 

Boot Camps are coming for the Easter weekend, working you hard in prep for your holiday weekend fun!

- Good Friday 9.30am

- Saturday Cross Training 9.30am

- Bank Holiday Monday 9.30am

 

We will also be running the online on Good Friday and Saturday.

Thursday mornings from April 24th!

 

Barre Flow is our new class with the wonderful Rosie!

 

Flexibility, movement and stretch, with the support of the barre, starting on April 24th, 9.30am at Westcombe Park.

 

Perfect for you if:

  • You struggle with core strength and balance

  • You are tight and need more flexibilty or mobility

  • You enjoy a gentler pace of class

  • You want to improve your muscle tone, but don't enjoy "feeling the burn"


Bollywood Zumba is returning along with Rathish, coming for Thursdays at 10.30am at Westcombe Park, along with some Sunday events soon!
