๐Ÿ’ฆ Cross Training - Monday or Saturday at 9.30am, or a virtual one on Fridays at 9.15am

๐Ÿ’ฆ Pump or Express Pump - Tuesday 9.30am, Thursday at 6pm.

๐Ÿ’ฆ Box Fit - madness, disco lights and drum n bass! Mondays 6 or 7pm, Wed at 7.10pm

๐Ÿ’ฆ Total Body - face2face Tues 6.30pm, Wed at 9.30am or Online Wed or Sat 9.30am

๐Ÿ’ฆ Circuits - Wednesday 6.15pm

๐Ÿ’ฆ Step Hiit - crazy cardio & conditioning on Thursdays at 7pm
