Why Community Fitness?

There's someone just like you at our classes!

Hiya 👋🏼


So, although we are big online and on demand, the core of our group fitness classes is the community - that's YOU actually!


Classes full of people just squeezing in their fitness or pilates session in amongst their busy schedule - maybe they don't have time for the gym, but they love to pick up a class or two in a week - this gives them a buzz, a quality workout and all they need from a fitness class!


We also have an older community - these are the people staying for coffee and cake and CHAT after their morning classes.


Classes for the young, older and in between, fit and unfit, beginners and regulars ..... a true representation of our community - and we all just love it. We care about each other, we check in, we chat to newbies .... what a wonderful space for everyone.


I'm super proud of us!


Come and join us if you are looking for somewhere new - you can PAYG for each class, or pay for a few ...it's all very easy and VERY good value.

On Demand - Christmas Rescue!

I've created a folder in the Video On Demand section of the booking app, with 14 different workouts - all no longer than 20 - 35 minutes. PERFECT to get that workout done during the festivities build up - or in between Christmas and New Year!
