Hiya Everyone,
A workout should leave you feeling good - high energy classes flood the body with endorphins, creating a natural buzz, whereas the mind & body classes (yoga, pilates, barre) calm the busy mind and create strong supportive muscles for the body.
What's best?
A morning workout or a session later in the day?
This is very much down to your body's natural bio rhythm .... many of my clients and customers LOVE to smash out an early workout, leaving them set up and energised for the day, whereas many others (*myself included), need to roll towards a workout ...gaining the necessary drive to workout as the day goes on.
Of course, Yoga or Pilates style workouts are wonderful in the evening to calm your brain and wind down ready for bed.
Which end of the day are you? Or are you the midday wild card?!!! 🤣
