Hi there,
A while ago, some of my lovely clients helped me beta test my app and in return they got a couple of classes each to use or gift to friends or family.
One of our Yoga guys, Pete, has an unlimited membership and has offered to gift his two classes to anyone who might be Yoga curious and ready to dip their toes! (What a lovely gesture 🥰).
If you are "Yoga Curious", our new instructor Eithne (Ef), has started a Slow Flow Yoga class, especially suitable for beginners, on a Wednesday at 7.30pm, at Tubbenden.

Stretch & Sound, THIS Thursday 16th April, with Tracey, 7.30pm at Tubbenden. Always a wonderful experience and at £12, this is actually the most competitively priced Sound Bath you will find ANYWHERE! Tracey is highly experienced and will ensure you have a fulfilling and peaceful session. Book HERE
Our other new classes kicked off with a bang - Strength & Stretch is a no brainer, a class that everyone needs in their life! Step & Core was fantastic fun - retro and yet so HOT right now ...younger and older participants enjoying the simple choreography, sweat, and laughs!
New Pilates on Wednesday morning at 11.30am will help ease the super busy Monday session, you can book on to that one with Emma HERE
