Hi 👋🏼

Following on from an Instagram trend at the moment #thisisme, I uploaded a little video telling people about me, my family & how I came to be running Flin's Fitness.

It occurred to me that some of you that have come to FF over the last year might not know anything about me or my background, hence I thought I could post this here also!

Now to update on classes .... as we move nearer to May 17th - the golden date we can return to indoor group exercise, plans are coming together - we have the proposed schedule here on the website - hope YOUR fave class is coming back!
