Courses for September are booking up already! 👀


Last week in August, typically our last relaxing bank holiday weekend vibe ... but over at Flin Towers, we are busy prepping for the big September return to exercise!


Back2Basics is BACK - come and join the unfit yet willing! 20 spaces for the beginners / unfit / mojo missing, etc etc!

I've put together a unique course which includes:

  • A Live 40 minute class on Monday night at 7pm, Tubbenden school

  • An Online class pack of 5 interactive Online classes.

  • A group “club” vibe, joining the brand new B2B group community on the website, for daily coaching and support.

  • The full Energise health & wellness plan to guide your nutrition plans over the duration of your plan.

My website is now updated and ready to go with a B2B members chat - support and coaching just by hopping into the group!
