Happy New Year!
Our New Year schedule is now UP and ready for booking! You can book classes 8 days before they run and unregister up to an hour before if you need to, for a full refund.
Covid means a slight reduction in numbers inside for spacing, plus we request that you wear masks in and out of classes (but not during!). Please clean any borrowed equipment using our box of sprays and stuff - sanitise your hands before Boot Camps and Circuits where there are multiple equipment stations, and generally stay as safe and well as we can in these times!
What's new for '22?
CLASSES are all back in full effect - face2face mornings kick back in with Tracey on Tuesday at Westcombe, after the usual Bank Holiday Bootie on Monday at 10am
A New Mum's Express course is being planned in early January - Tuesdays at 11am - bring your babies for post natal exercise and core work ... this will be up for booking from New Years Day - message me for more details in the meantime if interested!
BEGINNERS YOGA / BEGINNERS PLUS YOGA / DANCE FIT - The New Year courses are now loaded on the courses page of the website, starting on Jan 11th - get booked in early to avoid disappointment!
The 28 Day BACK2BASICS Health & Fitness Course is back! 28 Days online daily support, with a weekly face2face class Wed at 6.30pm - Back2Basics + Pilates, which is included to guide you back to healthy eating and exercise - starts on Jan 10th! Flin's Fitness REFERRAL SCHEME: On your TeamUp account (the one you use for booking classes), you will see on your profile a referral code. This will give your newbie friend a free class, but also gain you an £8 credit to use as you wish - towards your next membership, or just as a drop in class etc ... there is no limit to the amount of friends you can tell about how great your classes are!
