This week, after popular demand, Michele returns with her Essential Pilates - Mondays at 11am. This week's class is bookable here Our Back2Basics classes are SO popular! Not just with those on the course launched last week, but with lots of you looking for less intense workouts on the timetable. The schedule is Monday at 10.15am, Tuesday at 6.30pm, Wednesday at 9.30am and Saturday at 9.15am ... loads of options. Click straight onto the book a class page on the website to join in!
