Happy New Year everyone - here's to a brighter year for us all ....my goodness we all need it! All classes are online for January until further notice - if you haven't tried it yet, you must give it a go! Convenience is key, with no travel, staying in the warm and STILL seeing friendly faces on the screen before and after class! Please message me if you need help with tech to get online. Right, what's coming new for Jan 21? - Check TeamUp for the Zoom class schedule - or the website for an overview here - I've been working 3 days solid on editing, uploading and page design, and have finally got the new Video Subscription service up and running through my Wix website! 🎉🙌🏼 The existing one remains until April, but now on the website you can subscribe to 5 "Best Of The Week" workouts for a variety changing each week, for £6-75 a month, or if you want just to do one style of workout - Plates / Yoga style for instance, you can subscribe to just one channel for £3-75 a month!
