Hi I’m Lauren and I’m just into the latter half of my 30s!
I am a mum, dog mum and wife and understand how busy and stressful life can be; especially trying to fit exercise into a busy schedule or even finding the motivation to get in the gym.
I train to feel good and strong for my body and mind. Even on those days where I only have 30 minutes spare, I train smart and condense exercises into a smaller time frame to get it done.
I live a pretty healthy lifestyle but don’t restrict myself otherwise life would be boring!! I’ve been a size 6, I’ve been a size 18 and there’s nothing wrong with either of course, but spent years yo-yo’ing my weight and over the past few years have come to the reality of life which is ‘fit it in where you can’ - to feel good, fit and healthy.

All personalised workout programmes catered to your specific goals.
30, 45 or 60 minute sessions available, longer on request if for example you are wanting a heavy weight session focusing on breaking down muscle groups etc.
Treadmill, rower, weights and functional equipment available in your own personal space for your comfort.
1-2-1 and 1-2-2 in the colder months but small group training available in the warmer months.
