Goodbye Pod! Welcome Winter 😱


Currently writing as it's hammering down with rain ...a miserable week with all THAT going on 🚗🙄plus the change in weather ... stay positive and keep the exercise endorphins running around your body!

It's been lovely having some more of you come back to online - warmth and comfort working out at home, no need to come out - very convenient! Online fans - please advise our evening classes need to be a bit later? Are you struggling to make an online class in the evening as back at work now? If so, what time works best? Thank you 🙂

Summer is well and truly over, so we said goodbye to our Pod!

We got back to group exercise seeing our friends and chatting to people about covid, the weather, where to holiday in the uk!!! How horrible THAT set of reps was … all that stuff!

The Pod helped us to feel confident about coming back out of our homes to smash a class out!

Thank you to Liberty Scaffolding for making it happen, and Westcombe Park for having the vision to help us get back to business!
