Classes will be running next week, with just a couple of tweaks (check the schedule below, or on the TeamUp calendar)… just a few things to consider:
Westcombe Park has efficient air con for our morning classes
Classes at Tubbenden and Crofton will be HOT, so therefore at reduced intensity
Bring extra / plenty of water
Please, please, bring a TOWEL for the active classes, to catch your sweat!
