We were able to take our Saturday morning Boot Camp outside again - lots of fresh air and happiness haha - what's not to like?
🚨 NEW class format online: we want our Online to thrive and are therefore seeking the perfect mix of classes! (If you know someone who lives too far to attend our amazing classes, please do refer them for online - you get £8 on account, and they get a freebie! We get to grow our online community so it's a win-win all round 🙂 See below for the referral scheme)
Here's Tone & Flow: a 45 minute session of 3 parts: conditioning usually with dumbbells and/or band, a Yoga style flow, delivered to challenge, condition and stretch, and a final mat stretch & relax. Suitable for all abilities.
