I am running a FREE fun 12 day challenge to eat healthily and exercise daily - put in place some great habits to help beat the bloat of the oncoming crazy Christmas annual blow out!

The Facebook group is private, but you can friend me Fran Flin, then request to join my group which is opening this weekend, ready to start our challenge on Nov 30th!


What's been happening Online?

  • Mind Body Masterclass - this week was Jules with Yoga Flow

  • Express Pop Up - was LBA (Lower Body Abs) with Rosie

  • An abundance of workouts including equipment free sessions have been loaded to the On Demand library - click here On Demand Membership - £7.75 a month for access to masterclasses and all online workouts! Cancel at any time.


Class news:

  • Online EXPRESS POP UP with Rosie F, this week is Low Impact Equipment Free HIIT - Tuesday at 6.15pm. Booking is here - you can work HARD without a single jumping move!

  • Live morning classes shake up! Monday at 9.30am will now be Cardio, Core & Conditioning with Lauren, and Tracey will now deliver a HIIT class on Tuesday at 9.30am - both at Westcombe Park.

  • BEGINNERS YOGA / BEGINNERS PLUS YOGA - there are spaces on both these courses ... sign up pro-rata at 3 weeks for £21, or pay a bit more to book single weeks - Tracey's Beginners is on Thursday at 6.30pm, Carrie's Beginner's Plus is on Tuesday at 7.30pm. The New Year courses are also being loaded this weekend.

  • MID WEEK MIND BODY MASTERCLASS SERIES - Online with Emma at 7pm on Wednesday - this week: Yoga Conditioning. Booking is here .... a bargain at £5 for 45 mins, or use one of your membership options.
