Class News
We start the revamped Online schedule this week - here's a summary:
New Total Body Lite session at 8am on a Tuesday morning
Alternating weeks for Yoga or Pilates on a Monday at 8am to start your week off perfectly
Alternating weeks for Barre Conditioning with Body Conditioning, Mondays 6pm
3x 9am classes, Wed / Thur / Fridays
Earlier 8.30am Saturday Total Body remains the same, as does the Wednesday 6.30am session.
Thursday evening Pilates online is a little later this week due to cover, but will remain at 6.30pm going forward!
