Here's a bullet point summary of what's happening:

  • Class packs & class bundles (online plus live)

  • Live indoor classes will be safe according to the guidelines (2m separation, face coverings until class begins, sanitation of equipment, one way system etc)

  • Booking essential - go to "book a class" on this website to see and book classes

  • Box Fit open class is fully booked - spaces are available at Box Fit Club, a smaller group where you are guaranteed your spot on the course for 6 weeks, Mondays at 7pm. More bag time as one on / one off style of class, very much like the old Fight Klub format.

  • We return to Crofton Junior school on Monday & Tuesday evenings - a new Back2Basics class at 6pm Mon, followed by Jules' Yoga Flow. Tuesday sees the return of the mighty Zumba with Kelly at 7pm, and our Rosie B returns at 6pm for her wonderful Stretch Pilates.

Such brilliant classes - all you need to do is decide which to book and we will bring the best quality sessions, taught by your fave Flin's instructors!
