Class packs & class bundles (online plus live)
Live indoor classes will be safe according to the guidelines (2m separation, face coverings until class begins, sanitation of equipment, one way system etc)
Booking essential - go to "book a class" on this website to see and book classes
Box Fit open class is fully booked - spaces are available at Box Fit Club, a smaller group where you are guaranteed your spot on the course for 6 weeks, Mondays at 7pm. More bag time as one on / one off style of class, very much like the old Fight Klub format.
We return to Crofton Junior school on Monday & Tuesday evenings - a new Back2Basics class at 6pm Mon, followed by Jules' Yoga Flow. Tuesday sees the return of the mighty Zumba with Kelly at 7pm, and our Rosie B returns at 6pm for her wonderful Stretch Pilates.
Such brilliant classes - all you need to do is decide which to book and we will bring the best quality sessions, taught by your fave Flin's instructors!
