Friday Night Alright For Blogging!

So YES! Aiming now for a Friday night update going forward ... let me know how this suits you? The weekly schedule will now be from SATURDAY, and is listed below the blog!



It's now just 3 WEEKS until the Aerobathon - here's the timetable for the day! 👆🏼


The raffle prize list will be published next week, however we have raffle tickets available to purchase from either venue, from Monday! Bring cash or tap (on my phone), or a QR purchase directly to my Just Giving page for The Brain Tumour Charity! Please indicate RAFFLE on your donation!


The Aerobathon '25 details:

  • Sunday 5th October 9.30am til 1pm

  • 14 mini fitness sessions with your fave instructors

  • Challenges for prizes

  • Fun games for prizes

  • Live DJ Matt - fabulous tunes throughout our event

  • CAKES - raising money for Living On In Bereavement

  • Coffee, tea, refreshments

  • RAFFLE!


Meanwhile .... classes remain as shown - please note that we are trialling Rosie's Thursday Power Pilates at 6.30pm for the rest of the year to hopefully improve attendance 🙂 Any comments or feedback welcome, as always.
