Great news for community fitness in amongst the budget and high end gyms - EMDUK, the national governing body for group exercise, states that group exercise is now the most popular form of fitness activity in England:
"7.2 million adults (classed as anyone over 16) confirmed that they had taken part in some form of fitness class in the last 28 days from when they were surveyed between November 2024 – November 2025. Overall, compared to the same period from 2023-2024, that’s an increase of 284,000 participants coming through our doors and into our studios, community centres or gyms."

t's great to see group exercise continuing to grow in popularity. I recently read a similar piece on lucky wave and it really highlighted how much people value the social side of fitness as well as the physical benefits. Working out with others can make it easier to stay motivated and turn exercise into something you genuinely look forward to. The sense of community and shared goals makes a big difference. Huge credit to all the instructors who bring energy and enthusiasm to every class!
Hi everyone, I came across this after reading a UK forum where people were talking about casual gaming habits. I tested it with a very small amount just to see how the platform behaves. The experience felt straightforward, with no complicated steps to start playing. I tried a few different games across one session. Returning via bull spins was smooth and everything remained consistent.
Greetings. I was browsing a poker forum where people were discussing video poker strategies. Someone mentioned this site had a good variety of Joker Poker variants. I decided to visit and see if the pay tables were competitive with other casinos I use. jokersace-gb.uk offers a clean interface that focuses heavily on card games. I spent an hour playing "Jokers Wild" to test the randomness. I was dealt a few bad hands early on, which was frustrating. Then I hit a natural royal flush on a max bet hand. It made my week here in the UK, covering my grocery bill for the next month.
I enjoyed reading about how group exercise continues to be the most popular fitness activity because it highlights the social side of staying active. Last year, while balancing classes and trying to maintain a regular workout routine, I used finance assignment help to keep up with my academic workload. It reminded me that having support, whether in fitness or studies, can make it easier to stay motivated. Being part of a group often helps people stay consistent and reach their goals.
