COVID and Flin's Fitness
After being excited about restrictions easing, the fact is that we are in the middle of a huge spike at the moment, so for now, I will ask you all to continue to wear masks when we are coming INSIDE, until you are in position and ready to rock!
We are going to continue to ask that you wipe down mats, if borrowed, plus we will still spray down our weights after use.
Please freely use the hand sanitisers provided when we are in Boot Camps using the kit, and in fact at any time you feel the need to use it.
