Class news:

  • I'm proud to be a Myzone operator, now up and running... if you would like to get involved, the belts are here in my store, and HALF the Amazon price!

  • ONLINE - we are nudging the Tues & Wed evening classes forward by 15 mins, as some are back out to work and still want to workout when they get home. Please do keep feeding me back on times for the Online - I want to get it right, and keep you exercising in the comfort of your own home, at a convenient time! Ps - if you are WFH on Monday - is a LUNCHTIME session of interest? Better than a 9.30am?

  • REFERRAL SCHEME: On your TeamUp account (the one you use for booking classes), you will see on your profile a referral code. This will give your newbie friend a free class, but also gain you an £8 credit to use as you wish - towards your next membership, or just as a drop in class etc ... there is no limit to the amount of friends you can tell about how great your classes are! - And a big THANK YOU - it really will help us to keep offering the same amount of choice and variety of classes.
