Let's Have Some New and Exciting Classes!

More classes and new instructors coming on board after Easter!


  • SWEAT. on Thursdays at 6.15pm will be with the lovely Hyrox trainer Charlotte - she is starting from THIS week Thur 2nd, for those of you keen to mix your cardio & weights in different formats!

  • STEP & CORE Wednesdays at 7.10pm with new instructor Sara .... there is a massive interest in choreographed step classes - for us in the older generation it's totally retro, but for the younger gen it's NEW and exciting! All welcome - starting Wed 8th April.

  • STRENGTH & STRETCH: You asked, we delivered! A 30 minute pure strength section of this class using various bits of resistance kit provided - the aim is to create muscle, so expect to lift heavy! A 15 minute stretch section will attempt to bring balance to your muscles and help realign your posture. Tracey is doing a "soft launch" on Tuesday morning at 9.30am during her Pump class and this will officially become Stretch & Stretch after Easter, the following Tuesday 7th April.

  • A NEW STRETCH & STRENGTH class will commence on Wed 8th, at 6.15pm at Tubbenden.

  • YOGA ....yes, the wonderful Ef will be hopefully be bringing us a brand new Yoga session, planned for Thursday evenings from after Easter, at 7.10pm at Tubbenden. Confirmation of this will be in next weeks newsletter, so keep 'em peeled! 👀

  • PILATES - A brand new session to help ease the waitlists: Wednesday at 11.30am, Westcombe Park, with the fabulous Emma ...this is on the schedule, starting Wed 8th April.
