Hi guys, Happy New Year to you all 🥳

Thank you to these wonderful class participants who allowed me to shove a phone in their faces and ask for testimonials! The video makes me laugh in places, hope you enjoy it! I really do appreciate your comments - and it's fab to show people enjoying their fitness, and WHY they choose us at Flin's Fitness 🥰

People do read reviews if deciding whether to come, don't they? I know I always read reviews now - they are so important to businesses.   • NEW: Energise starts on Monday 9th Jan – this is my online / WhatsApp supported health & fitness re boot. 🧘Yoga Improvers: A more pacey Yoga with Carrie, some experience is good, however not essential, as Carrie is such an awesome instructor! 7.30pm on Tuesdays at Tubbenden. £42 for 6 weeks.

💃🏽Dance Fitness: Fun dance course with Jules, bright and happy vibes and all genres of dance. Mondays at 8pm, £39 for 6 weeks.
