Run, Whack, Kick, Lift, Mambo .....


What a month of sport we have coming up!


Movement is one of the most natural and rewarding parts of being a human,

whether you are kicking a football, swinging a tennis or padel racket, or yes! taking part in a fitness class, your body responds, adapts, and grows stronger.


Sports and exercise remind us that we are amazing machines capable of changing both our body shape AND our mindset - how incredible is that?!


Different activities push the body in different ways, but always encourages it to adapt and become stronger. This adaptability is a key reason why staying active is so rewarding. The body’s ability to improve with consistency means every session, whether a game, a run, or a fitness class, contributes to better health and fitness AND a positive mindset.


It was my pleasure to take the warm up at the Orpington High Elms 10K this morning and the participants were buzzing with excitement and anticipation. Smiles, enthusiasm, determination. Pushing boundaries with their bodies ... either chasing a PB or simply just trying to finish - all of them inspiring to me, a non runner!

P.S. ... have spent this afternoon immersed in my fave sport of F1 (not a participation sport, sadly!) and have been blown away by the tenacity, athleticism and sportsmanship of Lewis Hamilton. Sport is just so much more than trying to win, it's about character and although he's not on the F1 team I support, he is just the GOAT. Inspiring.

Hello everyone from the United Kingdom, I recently spent an evening reading social media discussions where people compared different online platforms and how they are designed. I wasn’t planning to go deep into the topic, but curiosity led me to explore a few examples myself. I opened cosmic spins to understand how it is structured and how easy it is to navigate. I spent some time moving through pages, checking consistency and how quickly I could find basic information. The layout felt stable and easy to follow, which made the short exploration quite smooth. I closed it afterwards with a neutral impression of usability from a UK user perspective.
